In this role, you will own the end-to-end internship experience — from coordinating interviews to designing structured intern roadmaps — ensuring every intern walks away with skills, confidence, and real-world impact.

✦ Key Responsibilities

Interview Coordination

Plan, schedule, and coordinate internship interview drives end-to-end
Liaise with colleges, campuses, and job portals to source and shortlist candidates
Communicate with applicants, panel members, and HR for seamless scheduling
Maintain candidate databases, track pipeline status, and prepare daily MIS reports
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Intern Roadmap & Program Management

Design structured, phase-wise internship roadmaps in collaboration with department heads
Set clear learning objectives, KPIs, and milestones for each intern batch
Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and mentorship pairings
Conduct regular check-ins to monitor intern progress and resolve challenges
Prepare evaluation frameworks and facilitate performance reviews
Gather feedback from interns and stakeholders to continuously improve the program

Communication & Reporting

Serve as the single point of contact for all intern-related queries and escalations
Prepare weekly reports on intern performance, attendance, and program health
Coordinate with department managers for project assignments and resource planning
Identify top performers and recommend Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) to leadership

Who We're Looking For

2+ year of experience in HR, operations, or coordination
Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple schedules without breaking a sweat
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi
A people-first mindset — empathetic, approachable, and solution-oriented
Comfortable with Google Workspace / MS Office (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Prior internship/volunteer experience in recruitment or event coordination is a plus

✦ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
2+ year of relevant experience (internship experience counts!)
Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment software is an advantage
MBA (HR) or a related PG degree is a bonus but not mandatory
