The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive the evolution of the solutions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework.
In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
Ability to integrate third-party services and APIs within packaged or SaaS solutions.
Experience in setting and enforcing platform standards to ensure system reliability and performance.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
