Job Summary**

As a Relationship Officer for LAP (Loan Against Property) based in Medchal, you will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing client relationships to achieve business targets. You will focus on identifying potential borrowers, assessing their financial needs, and facilitating the loan application and disbursement process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Job Responsibilities**

Identify and cultivate new client relationships for Loan Against Property products within the Medchal region.
Generate leads through various channels including market visits, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial client meetings to understand their financial requirements and assess eligibility for LAP.
Explain product features, terms, and conditions to potential borrowers clearly and concisely.
Assist clients with the completion of loan application forms and collection of necessary documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) to ensure timely processing and approval of loan applications.
Monitor and manage existing client portfolios, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any client queries or concerns.
Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP products on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the LAP segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and intermediaries.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably within the financial services industry, with exposure to Loan Against Property.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of financial products, particularly Loan Against Property.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
Proficiency in local language (Telugu/Hindi) and English.
Valid driver's license and own conveyance is preferred for field work in Medchal.
