About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our center. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly
Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience at all touchpoints
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Maintain front desk operations and visitor records
Manage calls, emails, and walk-in queries efficiently
Support events and activities hosted at the center
Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, retail, or co-working spaces
Multilingual abilities (English & Hindi preferred)
Prior front office or guest handling experience
