We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to join our dynamic team on-site. Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of backend systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js frameworks
Solid experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
Experience with JavaScript and asynchronous programming
Knowledge of version control systems like Git
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
