The Role

We are looking for an HR professional to manage and enhance the end-to-end employee journey across the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in HR operations, employee experience, and people processes, along with comfort using technology, digital tools, and AI-enabled ways of working. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, handles mature and sensitive conversations with professionalism, and brings a positive, proactive attitude.

You will:

Manage the end-to-end employee journey, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance support, policy communication, employee relations, and exit processes.
Serve as a key HR point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring a smooth and consistent people experience.
Handle sensitive and mature employee conversations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
Support execution of core HR processes and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant HR operations.
Drive process improvements across the HR function to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and service delivery.
Use digital tools, systems, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, reporting, and HR effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in HR processes and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and process trackers with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee communication initiatives and help build a positive workplace culture.
Contribute to HR projects related to automation, digitization, and continuous improvement.
Assist in HRMS-related activities, including data quality, process workflows, testing, user support, and adoption.
Where applicable, support implementation or enhancement of HR systems and digital HR processes.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, employee experience, HR operations, or a similar people-focused role.
Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR processes.
Good interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Comfortable working with HR technology platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Prompt engineering basics
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, Presentation and customised business reports for leadership and C suite

Understand confidentiality, ethics, and governance while using AI
Hands-on experience in configuring or supporting an HRMS portal.
