You'll be stationed full-time at one of our clients offices (a vibrant and growing organization based in Kodigehalli, Bengaluru), helping them shape culture, drive engagement, and manage all core HR functions.

Who We're Looking For

You have 2-5 years of full-spectrum HR experience.
You're comfortable handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, offboarding, grievance handling, conflict resolution, policies, and L&D coordination.
You think beyond the clich: You question processes, suggest better ways, and arent afraid to innovate.
Youre equally good with people and processes - you can be a sounding board and a strategist at the same time.
You believe HR is not just about rules - it's about building environments where people and businesses thrive.

What Youll Own

Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, onboard new talent like a pro.
Employee Engagement: Run activities that actually connect with people (not just another boring Zoom quiz!).
Grievance & Conflict Management: Be the calm in the storm, resolving issues with empathy and fairness.
Policy Implementation: Draft, communicate, and enforce policies that make sense in todays world.
Learning & Development Coordination: Partner with trainers and managers to roll out impactful learning programs.
Exit Management: Handle offboarding smoothly, with dignity and transparency.
HR Operations: Maintain seamless documentation, reporting, and compliance without missing a beat.

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of HRMS tools, ATS platforms, and basic labor laws.
Great communication skills - both spoken and written.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing your smile.
