Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing software components to ensure they align with the evolving requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.
Familiarity with database management systems and data manipulation.
Ability to work with version control systems for code management.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
