Parel Creative Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design and brand development. This role requires a design professional who can think strategically, execute with precision, and create cohesive brand and digital experiences across platforms.

You will be responsible for shaping visual identities, designing intuitive digital interfaces, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. This is a senior-level role for someone who understands both aesthetics and user behavior — not just how things look, but how they work.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Graphic Design

Develop brand identities, logos, and comprehensive visual guidelines
Design marketing collateral including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media creatives, and campaign assets
Create high-impact visuals for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns
Prepare print-ready and digital production files
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels

UI/UX Design

Design responsive websites and mobile application interfaces
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and accessibility
Conduct basic user research and translate insights into design improvements
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Contribute to and maintain design systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, web design, and mobile app UI/UX projects
Proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma / Adobe XD
Prototyping tools
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles
Knowledge of responsive design and design systems
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (preferred)
Experience working with developers and marketing teams
Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for eCommerce or service-based digital platforms
Exposure to motion graphics or interactive design
Familiarity with UX research methodologies and usability testing
