The Polymer Candle Operator - Fabrication, DF Skid & Trolley Assembly and Testing is responsible for supporting current manufacturing operations and future expansion of Polymer Candle fabrication, including in-house assembly, bubble testing, and packing. This position is critical for ensuring smooth production flow, product quality, and compliance with safety and process standards, directly impacting customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

This position reports to the Sr. Production Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing Operation, located in Pune and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Core Manufacturing Execution: Performs precise assembly of polymer candles and related components as per SOP. Executes bubble testing to validate product integrity and prevent defects.
Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with stringent quality standards through in-process and final inspections in collaboration with quality team. Maintains accurate documentation for traceability and audits.
Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Follows Standard Work, KANBAN, and 5S principles to maintain lean manufacturing and reduce waste. Provides feedback from the shop floor to support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
EHS Compliance: Handles material movement and bubble testing with strict adherence to safety protocols. Proactively identifies and communicates potential risks to prevent unsafe practices. Support for implementation sustainability actions in cell.
On-Time Delivery & Operational Efficiency: Ensures uninterrupted workflow through efficient material handling and timely execution of tasks. Directly contributes to meeting customer delivery commitments.

This role is a key enabler for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining good manufacturing standards.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Diploma with 7 yrs of experience in shop floor or ITI Fitter with min 10 yrs of experience
Experience of Engraving and Etching of Housing
Experience of Assembly and Fabrication work
Experience of Factory acceptance testing
Experience for integrity testing
