Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system performance.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system support and maintenance activities.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to stakeholders.

Additional Information

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
