Key Responsibilities

Develop integrated digital strategies aligned with client business goals and audience insights
Lead strategic planning across social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, and content ecosystems
Translate market trends, consumer behavior, and data into actionable campaign ideas
Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to ensure campaigns are insight-led and strategically strong
Prepare strategic presentations, pitch decks, campaign approaches, and quarterly growth roadmaps
Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations backed by data and insights
Leverage AI tools for research, reporting, ideation, automation, and strategy enhancement
Drive innovation by identifying emerging digital trends, platform opportunities, and new-age content formats
Work closely with accounts to strengthen client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Ensure timely execution, efficient resource utilization, and contribution toward team profitability

Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in digital strategy, brand planning, or integrated marketing
Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, content ecosystems, and consumer behavior
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
