Job Summary

Origin Nutrition is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive with strong expertise in

end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle

management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PF, ESIC, PT, TDS,

labour law compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Draft job descriptions and post on LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media platforms.
Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social hiring.
Conduct screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

2. Payroll and Statutory Compliance

Process monthly payroll with accuracy (salary structure, deductions, reimbursements,
incentives).
Ensure timely PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and TDS remittance and return filing.
Handle labour law compliance and statutory documentation.
Maintain statutory registers and compliance trackers.
