Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications to identify root causes of issues.
Strong understanding of database concepts and performance optimization within SAP HANA environments.
Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to support effective problem resolution.
Familiarity with SAP modules integration and their impact on application performance.
Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
