As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and efficiently to meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in the configuration and customization of packaged or SaaS applications to meet specific business requirements.
Engage in regular system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal application functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Experience with application integration and API management.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in business solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
