About the role
- Provision accuracy and upkeep of Resource Planning documents and working file.- Creating and maintaining accurate colleague data for Time Worked and Skill matrix.- Maintenance of Accuracy of data within capacity plans to include historical data and future forecast.- Capacity plan data to include workload volumes, time taken, people, shrinkage, attrition, occupancy, and future hire requirements.- Working closely with Global resource Planning Team to support all Resource Planning activities.- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques.- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed Key Performance Indicators / Objectives.- Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work.- Responsible and accountable for primary area of business and act as a secondary support to other areas as required.- Quipped with Advanced Excel and Logical Reasoning skills.
