As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Wipro GE Healthcare, you will embark on a structured program designed to develop your technical skills and business acumen within a leading healthcare technology company. Job Responsibilities

Participate in a comprehensive training program covering product development, engineering processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry.
Assist senior engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of healthcare products and solutions.
Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects and problem-solving initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and service, to ensure successful project execution.
Document technical specifications, test plans, and engineering reports accurately and thoroughly.
Learn and apply engineering tools and methodologies relevant to your assigned projects.
Adhere to all company policies, quality systems, and safety regulations.
Proactively seek feedback and engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering in Environmental or PGDIP in Safety from an accredited institution.
Strong academic record with a demonstrable understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software, programming languages) depending on the engineering discipline.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Prior internship or project experience in a relevant engineering field is a plus.
