About the Role

Providing technical support to pharma customers using excipients from CBC's portfolio.
Regular technical discussion with all customer's R&D teams from assigned territory through physical and virtual meetings.
Product promotion through technical webinar/seminar and R&D visits.
Generating new projects at customer R&D through free sampling and technical discussion.
Monitoring project progress and maintaining records for the same.
Preparing customer visit reports and monthly report capturing new business development activities at customer R&D's.
Coordination with overseas stakeholders for new excipients sourcing and free sample arrangement activities.
Regulatory and documentation support to customers for supplied excipients.
Coordination with manufacturer/supplier for resolving technical and quality related customer queries.
Coordination with quality team of warehouse for GDP compliance and addressing queries raised by customer during warehouse audit.
Market report preparation for relevant excipients through import data analysis and review.
Coordinate with sales team for product ready for commercialization.

Required for the role:

Education: M. Pharma
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in formulation development (solid orals)/ technical sales of excipients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel extensively Pan India, as per requirement
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
