As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our personal loan business. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering a positive brand image.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal loan sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
