Introduction

As Ask & Embla's CRM Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of customer engagement and retention initiatives. You will assist in managing customer data, helping launch campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the CRM function. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and learning best practices in CRM and lifecycle marketing.

What You'll Do

Customer Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the review of customer behavior, purchase trends, and engagement data. Assist in preparing reports and highlighting basic insights for the team.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring email and SMS campaigns. Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.

Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Help build and maintain customer segments based on predefined criteria. Support personalization efforts by ensuring correct audience targeting.

CRM System Management: Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system. Perform routine checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Process Optimization: Follow existing CRM workflows and support improvements as guided by senior team members.

System Integration & Automation: Assist in ensuring CRM tools and marketing platforms are working together smoothly for campaign execution.

User Training & Support: Provide basic support to team members using CRM tools and escalate issues when needed.

Customer Feedback & Insights: Help collect and organize customer feedback from campaigns, surveys, and other channels.

Compliance & Data Security: Handle customer data responsibly and follow established data privacy and compliance guidelines.

Who You Are

1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or a related field is a plus but not required
Basic familiarity with email or SMS marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
Comfortable working with data, with strong attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance
Clear communication skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Willing to learn and grow within CRM and lifecycle marketing
Open to fresh graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or projects in marketing, business, or related fields
