Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovation within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation.
Strong experience in designing and developing automated workflows using SAP Build Process Automation tools.
Ability to integrate SAP Build Process Automation with other enterprise systems and applications.
Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex automation issues to maintain system reliability.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Build Process Automation.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
