Security Administration Services Helpdesk - Sr Associate

Role Summary & Role Description

State Street's Security Administration Services Team is looking to hire Sr Associate in India. We are looking for a proven candidate to Support State Street's 24/7 Security Administration Services Help Desk. Provide internal Help Desk support for our global employee and client base.

In this role, you will support day-to-day operations by delivering timely, high-quality service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following established procedures and controls.

As a member of the SAS Helpdesk you will:

Handle calls and chats on a daily basis.
Document requests, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes in Service Now to maintain accurate records and enable reporting.
Follow standard operating procedures and escalation paths identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Meet individual and team service-level goals (e.g., response time, resolution time, quality) while delivering a strong customer experience.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent technical degree.

Total experience & relevant of 4-5 years in the IT Industry in infrastructure space in providing hands on technical support with leadership skills.

Core/Must have skills

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Must have strong interpersonal, business, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven analytical mindset, ability to troubleshoot.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of ServiceNow knowledgebase and ticketing system
