Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems.
Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and efficiency.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Experience with database querying and report generation to support business needs.
Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capability to manage priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
