We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor who will be responsible for guiding students about courses, career opportunities, and helping them make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students via calls, chats, emails, and face-to-face meetings
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
Maintain a database of leads and track progress
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career scope
Handle objections and resolve student queries effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Qualifications

Graduate in any field (Education / Psychology preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Prior experience in EdTech / Counseling / Sales is a plus
