Job Purpose

Undertake design and development of new parts or parts enhancements and support other departments for its development with the objective of achieving development of parts within time and cost budgets within Designing norms and PD guidelines

Key Responsibilities .

Compact driveline and front axle Understanding and Application
Layout for compact driveline and front axle
Design analysis, Caluclation (ex: stackup), Review of FEA report
Support to Purchase during parts devlopment, Making Validation plan, Support to manufacturing for assembly procedure and Tooling
Capable of using design Tools like DMU/DFME etc
Fully competent and experienced professional carries out a full range of professional duties by working independently with minimal guidance.
Review and analysis the design by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturable, and reliable.
Expert in using current Cnhi standrad tools of design and can be updated as per design requirement
Analysis the issue/Problem and find out the solution by using the best design practice like stackup etc and experience
Expert of the Physical and Virtual validation requirement as per the design content and Cnhi standard
Capable of working on multiple project.

Experience Required

15 yrs. Min in Driveline
Sound decision making abilities; Deep application understanding; Sound Knowledge of GD&T and basic drawing parameters; CE & Ag tractor axle and drivetrain system knowledge will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech (Mechanical) (Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering)
