To support and assist project management teams by managing and controlling projects documentation of company, all customers & vendors associated with proposal, projects and product related issued drawings/documents in a timely and efficient manner

Manage Governance level 1-2 projects independently as per applicable standards and procedures
Owner of Master Document List (MDL/MDR) consisting of all projects related documents
Examine project documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data
Guide internal/external stakeholders on project and contract requirements
Maintaining a filing system in CS and managing flow correspondence through proper transmittals
Work with project team in preparation of Project Final Documentation or Dossiers
Monitor status of project documentation according to schedule and follow up with client/vendor/internal team for timely delivery
Prepares project status reports and memorandums
Attend project progress review meeting
Train/support project participants on document control tools
Support in training new recruits/junior staff.
Support multiple fast paced projects at a time

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Engineering Diploma or any Graduate level educational proficiency.
Preferably 3-7 years of experience project document control management in engineering, manufacturing or construction industry or an oilfield service-related industry.
Ability to utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. as tools to enable effective evaluation of information and reporting to Management
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English both verbal and written is mandatory
Adaptability to cope with diverse systems and procedures applicable to a variety of projects
Familiar with MS Outlook and navigating through web-based applications

Preferred Skills

Ability to manage the document control process independently and timely manner with minimum supervision.
Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro
Hands on Experience in Multiple EDMS
Training, Mentoring and Presentation Skill
The ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment to meet tight deadlines is essential
