Overview

Testlify is seeking a Senior Content Writer who can create high-impact content that resonates with enterprise HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and CXOs. This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B SaaS and enterprise-focused storytelling, capable of translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives.

The ideal candidate will not only create content but also mentor and guide the junior writing team, ensuring consistent quality across all marketing assets. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop thought leadership, case studies, gated assets, and strategic content that supports demand generation and brand authority.

This role requires a strong ability to write crisp, high-clarity content for thought leadership, PR, and social media, while ensuring all content aligns with Testlify's positioning as an AI-native skills assessment platform.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Content Development

Create high-quality content tailored for enterprise audiences, including HR leaders, talent acquisition heads, and CXOs.
Develop case studies, customer success stories, and enterprise-focused narratives that demonstrate measurable business impact.
Write compelling gated assets such as whitepapers, industry reports, guides, and research-driven content.

Thought Leadership & Strategic Content

Work closely with leadership to create thought leadership content, including LinkedIn posts, opinion articles, and strategic insights.
Develop PR-ready content, contributed articles, and commentary aligned with Testlify's brand narrative.
Produce clear and crisp social media content that builds brand authority and drives engagement.
Content Quality & Editorial Oversight
Review and oversee content created by junior writers, ensuring quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
Provide clear feedback, editing, and mentorship to help improve the writing capabilities of the content team.
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across all content formats.

Content Strategy Collaboration

Work with SEO and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with content pillars, keyword strategies, and demand generation goals.
Contribute to the development of content frameworks that support enterprise marketing and product positioning.
Identify new content opportunities that support brand visibility, lead generation, and thought leadership.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to capture insights and convert them into compelling stories.
Translate product capabilities, customer success, and industry trends into engaging content assets.

Success Metrics

Within 2 months, establish editorial standards and improve the quality of content produced by the writing team.
Within 3 months, launch high-quality enterprise-focused case studies and gated assets.
Within 4 months, consistently produce thought leadership content for leadership, PR, and social media channels.
Within 6 months, content contributes meaningfully to brand authority, organic reach, and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications & Experience

6+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience writing enterprise-focused content such as case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership.
Strong editorial skills with experience reviewing and mentoring junior writers.
Experience creating PR, social media, and executive-level thought leadership content.
Ability to write clear, crisp, and persuasive content tailored for senior decision-makers.
Familiarity with SEO-driven content frameworks and content marketing strategies.

Reporting & Department Structure

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works closely with the SEO, demand generation, and product marketing teams. The content function will play a critical role in building Testlify's authority in the skills assessment and AI-driven hiring space.
