Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
Experience with cloud-native application design and deployment within the SAP Business Technology Platform environment.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to integrate various SAP services and APIs to build comprehensive solutions.
Familiarity with programming languages and tools commonly used in SAP BTP, such as Java, JavaScript, and SAP Fiori.
Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in cloud environments.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
