About the role

We're hiring our first in-house video editor.

You'll work directly with founders, marketers, and engineers in a 6-person team. High ownership. High growth. You'll influence how our creative and automation systems evolve.

What are we building

Most marketing teams aren't AI-native yet, and rebuilding how they work isn't the top priority for most of them.

We're the external team that bridges that gap. An AI-native arm for modern brands, helping them execute faster and better.

This role is on the creative side of the business, where we help some of India's largest D2C brands produce AI-generated video ads that drive revenue on Meta ads.

Not ads that look good. Ads that look real and convert.

The role

AI has made footage generation easier. That makes editing the bottleneck —and this role is critical.

As our first full-time editor, you'll help define how editing works in an AI-native workflow, not just execute inside one.

What you'll do: Take raw AI-generated footage → turn it into high-converting ads.

What you need

1-3 years of experience with editing short-form video (Reels / Ads)
Sharp instinct for pacing, cuts, and shot selection
Ability to make content feel native and scroll-stopping
Experience editing Meta ads
