Role Description

The Production General Manager will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring optimized production workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing of construction materials. Key responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, managing cross-departmental coordination, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and working to improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring a hands-on approach and active leadership.

Qualifications

Experience in production management, production planning, drafting SoP, conducting and overseeing all departmental meetings, ensuring MoMs are optimally used, workflow optimization, and overseeing manufacturing operations via Production Managers
Strong Knowledge of SoPs, quality control processes and adherence to safety and compliance standards
Proficiency in team leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage resources, budgets, and schedules
Technical knowledge specific to the manufacturing industry machinery
Proficiency with production software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
Previous experience in a managerial role in the construction materials industry is a must
