The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution is a key aspect of daily activities.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve complex challenges and optimize system integration.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining high standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles within enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Finance and Controlling modules to meet business needs.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration points between SAP and other enterprise applications.
Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies in a packaged or cloud-based environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
