Role Overview

•Mandate: Own end-to-end marketing, branding and digital demand for iLiveConnect across a pan-India healthcare footprints, multi-region, multi-stakeholder (clinicians, hospitals, distributors, patients).

•Nationwide Brand: Build iLiveConnect into a recognised nationwide healthcare brand — consistent identity across OPDs, hospitals, pharmacies, distributor network, digital channels and events in every region.

•Tech Stack: Own the full martech stack — CRM, marketing automation, CDP, web CMS, analytics, attribution, and AI/GenAI tools for content and personalisation.

•Digital & Data: Drive SEO, performance marketing, marketing analytics and conversion experimentation with measurable funnel targets from impression to qualified lead.

•Team: Lead 4-6 direct reports (social, content, graphics/video, SEO, ads, medical writing) plus shared PR; work closely with CBO and Sales on distributor enablement and KOL programs.

•Compliance: Ensure all communication is medically accurate and compliant with Indian healthcare advertising norms (DCGI, MCI, ASCI) and platform policies.

Must-Haves

•Experience: 10–15 yrs marketing, with a significant duration in Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, or major Hospitals.

•Education: Graduate B.E./B.Tech/ Biomedical/MBA preferred

•Marketing Automation: Hands-on with HubSpot / Marketo / Salesforce Marketing Cloud/any similar tool — journeys, lead scoring, nurture flows, multi-touch attribution.

•Performance & Analytics: Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, GA4, CRM reporting.

•SEO & Web: Exposure toOn-page, technical SEO, schema, Core Web Vitals; has grown organic traffic on a healthcare property.

•Brand Building: Built or scaled a healthcare brand nationally, launches, KOL programs, patient awareness, distributor co-branding.

•Leadership: Led teams of 5+ and managed digital, creative, PR, performance and agencies on measurable SLAs.
