To develop and enhance mission-critical C++ software components within the SDV ecosystem by ensuring performance, safety, maintainability, and alignment with long-term platform strategy.

Job Description:

The Senior C++ Engineer - SDV will develop and maintain core SDV software components, contributing to scalable and robust vehicle software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-performance C++ components for SDV platforms
Work on OTA/FOTA enablement, middleware, and system services
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment
Debug complex issues across Linux-based embedded systems
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering fields (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science) with 6+ years of professional experience.
Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17)
Experience with Linux system programming
Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, J1939, Ethernet
Proficiency in debugging (using GDB) and performance optimization of embedded Linux–based distributed systems
Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation
Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
Understanding of SDV and automotive software concepts is a plus

Nice to Have:

AUTOSAR Adaptive, SOME/IP, DDS
Automotive Ethernet
Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic protocols (UDS, DoIP, SOVD) optionally with practical exposure
Exposure to Functional Safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity practices (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434, CRA)
