We are looking for a Junior Finance Executive to support our finance operations and assist in day-to-day accounting and reconciliation activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and reconciling daily sales transactions from marketplaces, payment gateways, and the company website.

• Support weekly reconciliation of cash receivables from delivery partners and payment platforms.

• Help create and process credit notes for undelivered orders and short-GRN cases.

• Maintain accurate accounting entries and ledgers in Tally ERP.

• Assist in basic GST and TDS data preparation and reconciliation under guidance.

• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of basic MIS reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve minor discrepancies in sales, receivables, and payables.

• Maintain proper documentation and support audit-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Hands-on working experience with Tally ERP (mandatory).

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data handling).

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance support roles (D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus).

• Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow processes and work under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
