Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Executive – Finance to manage core finance operations, including invoicing, compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliations. The role requires handling high-volume transactions with accuracy while ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Handle high-volume invoicing cycles, especially during month-end closures, maintaining zero-error standards.
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, and PF.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial statements, and reconciliations.
Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data and reduce risks.
Coordinate with auditors for external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Identify process gaps and drive process improvements in invoicing and finance operations.
Stay updated with financial regulations, industry practices, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).
2–4 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes.
Must Have:Hands-on experience in Tally (mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good to Have:Experience with Zoho or similar ERP systems
High attention to detail with strong accuracy.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure during month-end closures.
Strong problem-solving approach for billing and reconciliation issues.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
