Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews and interview coordination
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records
Handle employee onboarding and documentation processes
Assist in maintaining attendance and HR databases
Support employee engagement activities and team coordination
Help in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on hiring platforms
Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
Maintain professional communication with candidates and employees

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Confidence in handling calls and interviews
Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Management, BBA, MBA, or related fields
Freshers are welcome
Candidates with good communication skills will be preferred
