Roles And Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

Handle day-to-day operations on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and updated regularly.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Order Processing:

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Track order fulfillment and address any issues that arise during the shipping process.

Coordination:

Work closely with warehouse staff and courier partners to ensure timely delivery and logistics management.
Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Reporting:

Maintain and analyze sales and operational reports using advanced Excel skills.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operations.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in processes.

Skills Required

Fashion E-commerce Experience: Understanding of the fashion industry and its specific e-commerce dynamics.
Marketplace Operations Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational challenges and strategies of various e-commerce platforms.
Strong Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
Good Communication & Coordination Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion sector.
Proven track record of managing marketplace operations successfully.
