Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Manager – Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing significant advertising budgets and driving performance through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage a marketing budget of at least 2 Cr, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Criteria

Budget Management: Must have handled a minimum budget of 2 Cr across Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Web Marketing Experience: Strong background in web marketing strategies and execution.
D2C Exposure: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience is mandatory (non-negotiable).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
