About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Associate

In this role, you will:

Provide support for servicing activities for commercial products, commercial real estate, and problem loans
Coordinate resolution of open issues with customers and interact with internal and external customers
Provide customer service, loan and regulatory diligence, and ongoing portfolio maintenance, related to low to medium tasks and deliverables
Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record
Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters which developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Provide guidance and training to peers
Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

Commercial Loan Servicing and/or Loan Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ, LUCAS, STUCKEY, or equivalent commercial lending platforms.
Working understanding of Asset Based Lending products, Agency and Participation loan servicing concepts, collateral structures, and servicing workflows.
Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to ensure accurate and timely processing across multiple deal structures.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Working knowledge of loan documentation and ability to interpret key elements of Legal Credit Agreements, including agency and participation provisions.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and issue‑resolution skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service and strong stakeholder support.
