Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Strong understanding of learning management systems and their implementation.
Experience with change management processes and methodologies.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
