The Role

As an Electrical Designer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

Primary Objective

Execution of Electrical design, drafting and 3D modelling tasks relating to oil & gas offshore platforms and onshore projects.

Specific Accountabilities

Able to work independently on Electrical substation layouts, electrical room layouts, cable tray layouts, lighting layouts for Oil & Gas offshore
Able to perform cable tray fill calculations independently
Able to work independently with minimal guidance from lead designer or lead engineer
Check compliance with QA / safety/ environment goals
Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project
Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Liaison with other disciplines on technical issues related to 3D modelling and layouts

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Must have working experience with IEC, NEC, IEEE Electrical standards as minimum

Essential Skills/Experience

B.Tech / Diploma in E.E.E with minimum 10years experience in Oil & Gas offshore sector
Must have working tool knowledge of SP3D or E3D tool along with 2D extraction and detailing.
Projects worked using the mentioned tool along with Client name shall be mentioned in the CV
2D tools – Microstation and AutoCAD

Mobilization Start Timelines

Should be able to start working in Worley Hyd office within 1 month to 3 months
