We are seeking a consultant to join the Sales and Use Tax practice in our Bangalore office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Organizing and processing client data for US sales and use tax
Preparing and filing state and local sales and use tax returns (as applicable) for the US
Interacting with clients as well as US state tax authorities
Managing registrations and business licenses for clients
Interacting with state and local tax professionals as well as other professionals at the firm

Basic Qualifications For The Opportunity

1-3 years of experience of US Sales and Use Tax in Telecom industry
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field
Basic experience with US state sales and use tax planning, tax research, and tax analysis will be an added advantage
Strong communication, research and writing skill in english
Ability to work well in group atmosphere, as well as being able to work independently as needed
Ability to see the big picture/put yourself in the client's position
Ability to identify solutions to issues and be creative/able to think outside the box

Ideally, you will also have

CPA is a plus
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
