Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, trend-driven, and confident Content Creator to produce high-engagement short-form video content. This role involves managing the complete content lifecycle—from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing.

The ideal candidate is comfortable being on camera, has a strong sense of storytelling, and understands how to create relatable, lifestyle-driven content that connects with modern audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Ideation

Develop creative, trend-focused concepts for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Align content with brand goals and marketing campaigns

2. Production & Filming

Plan and execute video shoots with a strong focus on aesthetics and visual appeal
Ensure high-quality lighting, framing, and audio

3. Video Editing

Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or Final Cut Pro
Add transitions, music, captions, and effects to enhance engagement

4. Trend Monitoring

Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and content styles
Adapt quickly to create timely and relevant content

5. Performance Tracking

Analyze content performance (views, engagement, retention)
Optimize content strategy based on insights

6. Brand Alignment

Maintain a consistent and appealing brand voice, tone, and visual identity

7. Collaboration

Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and content planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with a portfolio of engaging short-form video content
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Excellent storytelling ability with strong attention to aesthetics and presentation
Comfortable and confident on camera
Good understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media
Experience in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or relatable content categories
Basic knowledge of Canva or Photoshop
