Job Description

Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, developing go-to-market strategies to drive adoption, upsell, and cross-sell.
Define clear product positioning and messaging, translating customer needs and industry trends into compelling value propositions and use-case narratives.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and guide positioning, strategy, and product roadmap decisions.
Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to refine messaging, improve product strategy, and enhance adoption.
Build thought leadership through whitepapers, POV content, and participation in industry events and webinars.
Develop sales enablement assets including playbooks, battle cards, demos, and pitch decks to support deal acceleration.
Own product messaging across campaigns, events, and digital channels, creating marketing collateral and optimizing website conversions through analytics and A/B testing.

The Successful Applicant

4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
Experience in GenAI, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms preferred
Strong Go-To-Market strategy and product launch experience
Excellent communication, messaging, and storytelling skills
Ability to translate market insights and data into actionable strategies
Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management
Experience collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams
MBA preferred
