Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security architecture aligns with evolving business strategies and regulatory requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and frameworks.
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Familiarity with security control documentation and operational transition processes.
Skilled in collaborating across diverse teams to drive security initiatives and resolve challenges.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
