About the role:

.The Associate role is in Open Network Digital Commerce (ONDC) segment in the Order

Fulfilment and IGM of Pai Pai Seller app.

.The candidate is expected to monitor orders, coordination with seller, reassigning logistics

and monitor quality and take all required actions to fulfil orders.

.The candidate should monitor the performance of the seller and logistics.

.To create order cancellation reports and RCA.

Expectations/ Requirements:

.The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success role of Hyperlocal deliveries (food, grocery, pharmacy).

.The candidate should plan and implement improvement for the operational metrics like Fill

Rate, TAT Breach.

.The candidate should work with Product and technical teams to highlight loopholes.

.Own and resolve the process pain points by observing the operations at the ground level,

create corrective course of actions.

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

.Good stakeholder coordination.

.Understanding of Technology and Customer Experience.

.Willingness to experiment and improve continuously.

.Understanding of CRM, Soft Communications and MS Excel skill is required.
