WHAT YOU BUILD

Design, implement, optimize, and govern ITILbased service management processes.
Define, document, and roll out standardized ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management)
Ensure processes are scalable, efficient and aligned with business and customer needs
Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement using KPIs and data insights.
Act as the primary point of contact for processrelated topics
Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted business partner
Drive endtoend process assessments and optimization initiatives
Collaborate with crossfunctional and multinational stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
6-9 years of experience in processfocused roles within IT operations or service management.
Strong expertise in process optimization, customer communication, and presentations.
ITIL foundation certification is required/highly beneficial
Advanced knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Service Request Management).
Handson experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments
