JOB DESCRIPTION

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Create projects in Clarity, assign resources based on PM request, etc.
Create projects in RST (Resource Scheduling Tool), review RFR (Request for Resource), communicate with Resource Managers for resource allocations etc.
Archiving and documentation management using DocPro.
Reporting and benchmarking.
Contracts Administration particularly during beginning and ending of a Project cycle.
Support Project team to meet monthly POR / Target.
Other tasks based on necessity and availability.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor or equivalent experience, Extra qualifications (MBA, etc) are an advantage.
The experience level required is 5 to 7 years.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Proficient language and communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and other applicable documents.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to queries from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions along with risk assessments.
Ready to take travelling assignment.
