Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide timely support.
Document and communicate issue resolutions and system changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of database interactions and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
