We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Senior Accountant to provide US tax compliance services for our private equity and hedge fund clients. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong accounting background who is comfortable working with tax computations, financial analysis, and investor reporting. You'll be a key part of the tax department, working on a variety of projects and collaborating with other areas of the firm to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Tax Compliance & Reporting:
Provide US tax compliance services for private equity funds, hedge funds, and investment partnership clients.
Work on the computation of taxable income and tax adjustments, including security analysis, tax allocations, and the preparation of US tax forms.
Analyze transactions for US tax consequences.
Handle tax reporting for investors and manage tax filings.
Investor Services:
Contribute to the timely delivery of Schedule K-1s to investors.
Collaboration & Projects:
Interface with other areas of the firm to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work on various projects within the tax department, gaining cross-training and assisting in special projects as necessary.
Deliver a high-quality product in all tasks.

About You

Education: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Skills:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Strong skills in using MS Excel, including comfort with formulas, an understanding of macros, and proficiency in pivot tables.
An intuitive and quick study of various software applications.
